Export Сontrol Declaration for Open Publication (Expert Conclusion)

A publication clearance certificate or an expert opinion is a document that allows a paper to be presented to a public audience. If your organization does not issue such a declaration, you must complete an author's declaration, signed by the organization's head and stamped with the official seal. You can download the author's declaration template via the link below.

The declaration must be uploaded during registration on the website along with your paper submission, or sent to the organizing committee by email at conf.aco@bmstu.ru.

This document is not required for participants working outside the Russian Federation.
