RSCI Paper Submission Guidelines

Papers must be submitted in Russian in Word format (.doc/.docx); .pdf files will not be accepted. The required length is 4–6 pages (minimum paper length is 6,000 characters with spaces), formatted in Times New Roman 12 pt, single-spaced, on A4 paper with 2 cm margins on all sides. The paper must follow a uniform structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion, as detailed in the linked file. You may also use the conference template to format your paper.

All papers must be accompanied by a publication clearance certificate, an expert opinion, or an export control statement, depending on the regulations established by your organization.

Before submitting their materials, authors must ensure that the papers submitted to the organizing committee have an originality rating of at least 75% in the Antiplagiat system for detecting textual borrowings. A verification report does not need to be attached to the email.

No more than three papers by one author, including co-authored papers, may be published in the conference proceedings. The recommended maximum number of co-authors for a single paper is six.

All submitted papers are reviewed by representatives of the conference organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers submitted in violation of the requirements. The RSCI proceedings will be published in the author's version.

AI Application Guidelines for Paper Preparation

Limited use of generative neural networks is permitted in paper preparation solely for linguistic and stylistic processing (improving grammar and style, paraphrasing for clarity). The use of AI for generating scientific content is prohibited. The proportion of text processed using AI should not exceed 10% of the total manuscript. The use of AI must be declared at the end of the paper in a separate paragraph before the references.
